💰 Booking confirmation and payment schedule
To reserve your private tour, you must pay in advance.
Advance Payment- 25% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The deposit allows us to secure essential arrangements including accommodation, transportation, guides, and activities.
Remaining Payment- The remaining 75% balance must be completed no later than 14 days before the tour start date.
For last-minute bookings confirmed less than 14 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Tour prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
Equivalent prices in EUR or GBP can be provided upon request.
Currency conversion will be calculated based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.
Any bank charges, transfer fees, or transaction costs are the responsibility of the traveller.
