Welcome to Roam Bengal. These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours, travel packages, transportation, accommodation, activities, and other travel-related services booked through Roam Bengal.

By confirming a booking or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

✅Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Required traveller information is received.

• You complete the required advance or full payment.

• Roam Bengal issues a booking confirmation.

All bookings are subject to availability until officially confirmed.

💳Tour Prices and Payments

Tour prices are based on the itinerary, travel date, group size, accommodation, transport, activities, and services included in the confirmed package.

Unless specifically mentioned, personal expenses, optional activities, travel insurance, visa costs, additional meals, tips, and other services outside the confirmed package are not included.

We’ll clearly share all payment details and deadlines with you during the booking process.

If you don't complete payment by the stated deadline (14 days before departure), we may cancel your reservation.

💰Refunds And Cancellation

If you need to cancel a booking and request a refund, please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

🔄 Changes to Tours and Itineraries

Roam Bengal aims to operate tours according to the confirmed itinerary. However, routes, timings, accommodation, activities, or transportation may need to change because of:

• Weather

• Traffic or road conditions

• Safety concerns

• Local restrictions

• Transport disruption

• Supplier availability

• Other operational circumstances.

🏨Accommodation and Transportation

We will arrange your accommodation and transportation as outlined in your confirmed package.

You may request specific rooms, seats, vehicles, views, or other preferences.

Travel times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

👤Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

• Arriving at meeting or departure points on time

• Carrying valid travel documents

• Following local laws and regulations

• Respecting local culture, communities, guides, staff, and other travellers

• Following reasonable safety instructions

• Roam Bengal may discontinue service to anyone whose behaviour creates a serious safety risk, causes significant disruption, or involves abusive or unlawful conduct.

🛂Travel Documents

Travellers must ensure that they have all documents required for their journey, including where applicable:

• Passport

• Visa

• Travel Insurance.

Roam Bengal is not responsible for losses resulting from missing, invalid, incorrect, or expired travel documents.

🩺Health, Safety and Accessibility

Some experiences may include walking, boating, long journeys, uneven terrain, outdoor adventures, or visits to remote locations.

Let us know before your trip if you have any medical conditions, dietary needs, allergies, disabilities, or mobility concerns.

We’ll do our best to help where possible, though not every destination or activity can meet every individual need.

🛡️Travel Insurance

We highly recommend bringing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, personal belongings, and travel disruptions.

Unless specifically included in the package, arranging travel insurance remains the traveller’s responsibility.

📸Photos and Videos

Sometimes, we take photos or videos during Roam Bengal tours to share on our website, social media, or for promotional use.

If you’d rather not appear in our promotional photos or videos, just let our team know before or during your tour.

We work hard to keep our tour descriptions, prices, images, itineraries, and other website details accurate and up to date.

However, information may change due to operational needs or factors beyond our control.

Images on our website are often representative and may not always show the exact accommodation, vehicles, weather, or travel conditions you’ll experience.d.

🏛️Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the relevant laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

Any dispute relating to Roam Bengal’s services or these Terms & Conditions will be handled under the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Bangladesh.
